- The applicants belonging to the General/ OBC category have to pay application fees : Rs. 300/-.
- The candidates belonging to the SC/ ST category have to pay application fees : : Rs. 75/-.
- The age of candidates for the above mention posts should not be more than 45 Years (Full Time Specialist), 64 Years (Part Time Specialist), 35 Years (Senior Resident).
