- The applicants belonging to the General/ OBC category have to pay application fees : Rs. 200/-(For SI/Staff Nurse), 100/- (ASI(PH))/-.
- The candidates that belong to SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from submission of application fees.
- Age of applicants must be between 21 to 30 Years (Post 1), 18 to 25 Years (Post 2), 18 to 23 Years (Post 3).
- Age relaxation will be granted as according to rules and regulations of organization.
