Qualification Requirement: Applying candidates should possess 10th, 12th, DMLT/ANM Course/ GNM/Graduation in any discipline, Diploma Course, B.E./PG Degree from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

Application Fees :

• The applicants belonging to the General/ OBC category have to pay application fees : Rs. 400/-.
• The candidates belonging to the SC/ ST/ PH category have to pay application fees : : Rs. 200/-.

Age Limitations:

• Age of applicants must be between 21 to 35 Years (For posts of ANM,GNM & Staff nurse), 21 to 45 Years (For other posts) As on 01-01-2019.
• Age relaxation will be granted as according to rules and regulations of organization.
