Qualification Requirement: Applying candidates should possess MBBS, ANM Course, B.Pharm/ D.Pharm from well recognized University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

Application Fees :

• The applicants belonging to the General/ OBC category have to pay application fees : Rs. 500/-.
• The candidates belonging to the SC/ ST category have to pay application fees : : Rs. 300/-.

Age Limitations:

• Age of applicants must be between 21 - 45 Years (Full-Time/ Part-Time Medical Officer), 18 - 38 Years (ANM/ Pharmacist).
• Age relaxation will be granted as according to rules and regulations of organization.

Salary Details: Selected applicants will get the salary of Rs. 60,000/- (Full-Time Medical Officer), Rs. 30,000/- (Part-Time Medical Officer), Rs. 28,000/- (ANM), Rs. 27,000/- (Pharmacist) Per month. 

Mode of Assortment :

Applicants will get scrutinized on the basis of Walk-in Interview which would be decided by the selection committee of organization .
